Most Fliukka products are made after you place an order. Production takes place before shipping, so your delivery estimate includes both stages. Making products on demand helps reduce excess inventory.

Your order needs time for production and shipping. Timing varies by product, fulfillment location, and destination. Check the delivery estimate provided for your order. If no estimate is shown, email fliukkastore@gmail.com before purchasing. Customs processing and carrier delays may affect arrival dates.

Order Tracking:

Check your shipping confirmation email for the tracking link, when available. Tracking may take time to update after a shipping label is created. If your order arrives in separate packages, each may have its own tracking number. Need help? Email fliukkastore@gmail.com with your order number.

Check your tracking link for updates and confirm that your delivery address is correct. If the estimated delivery date has passed, email fliukkastore@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll investigate with our fulfillment provider and carrier and help resolve the issue. If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the parcel, please contact us as well.

We offer flat-rate shipping worldwide. The specific shipping rate for each product category is automatically applied at checkout.

Yes, you can add different products to the same order. Shipping charges depend on the items and destination, and the total is shown at checkout before payment. A single order does not necessarily mean a single shipping charge or package. Your items may ship separately and arrive on different dates.
