Fliukka Streetwear is operated by Julio Palacios from Mexico and serves customers internationally.

These terms apply to purchases from this store. “Fliukka,” “we,” and “us” refer to Julio Palacios, trading as Fliukka Streetwear.

2. Products and production

Many of our products are made after an order is placed. We use Printful as a production and fulfillment provider for print-on-demand products. Products may be produced and shipped from different locations depending on availability and destination.

Your purchase is with Fliukka. Please contact us directly for customer service, order questions, or complaints.

Review the product description, materials, size guide, color, and selected options before ordering. Screen settings may affect how colors appear. This does not affect your right to receive products that match their description and are free from defects.

3. Orders and payment

You must provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement.

The checkout displays the payment currency, product charges, shipping charges, and taxes collected by the store before payment.

If a product becomes unavailable or an error prevents us from fulfilling your order as agreed, we will contact you to arrange an acceptable solution or refund the affected purchase. We will not charge a higher price or make a material substitution without your agreement.

Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change the agreed price of an existing order.

4. Changes and cancellations

Contact fliukkastore@gmail.com as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation.

Because production may begin shortly after ordering, we cannot guarantee voluntary changes or cancellations once production has started. This does not restrict any cancellation or withdrawal rights provided by applicable law.

5. International shipping

Shipping is available to supported destinations shown at checkout. Production time and transit time are separate, and delivery estimates depend on the product, fulfillment location, carrier, and destination.

Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages. Customs processing and carrier disruptions can affect delivery estimates. If your order is delayed or missing, contact us so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law.

Import duties, taxes, or customs handling charges not collected at checkout may be payable on arrival, where applicable. Please review the information provided at checkout and any relevant destination requirements.

6. Incorrect addresses and returned shipments

Check your delivery address carefully. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address supplied by you or because it was not collected, additional shipping charges may apply to a requested reshipment, where permitted by law.

We will explain any proposed charge before arranging reshipment. You will not be charged to correct an error attributable to Fliukka or its fulfillment provider.

Contact us promptly if tracking shows that your parcel is returning to the sender.

7. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing orders

Email fliukkastore@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, include clear photographs where possible.

Please report these issues promptly, preferably within 30 days of delivery. For a missing package, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can submit a timely claim to our fulfillment provider.

These requested reporting periods do not shorten statutory guarantees or other mandatory consumer rights. We will provide the repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy required by applicable law, without charging you to correct a confirmed defect or fulfillment error.

8. Returns and exchanges

Outside any mandatory legal entitlement, we do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges solely for a change of mind or an incorrectly selected size or color.

Where applicable law grants a right of withdrawal, cancellation, return, or refund, we will honor it. Producing an item after an order is placed does not, by itself, mean that the item is legally personalized or exempt from a right of withdrawal.

Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct instructions and return address. This request does not make a statutory withdrawal dependent on our approval.

When instructed to return a parcel to a Printful facility, label it “Fliukka Returns.” Printful addresses are for product returns only and must not be used for legal correspondence.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless another lawful arrangement is agreed. Any mandatory refund deadlines apply.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is used in connection with this store. Order information may be shared with providers such as Shopify, payment processors, Printful, and delivery services as necessary to process payment, produce products, deliver orders, and provide support.

10. Intellectual property and acceptable use

Store designs, photographs, logos, and other content belong to Fliukka or their respective rights holders. Purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual property rights in its design.

You must not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement of others’ rights, or interference with the store’s operation.

11. Consumer rights and complaints

Nothing in these terms or our other policies excludes or limits rights, guarantees, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Applicable mandatory consumer protections take precedence over conflicting store wording or fulfillment-provider procedures. You retain access to the courts and consumer authorities available to you under applicable law.

12. Updates and related policies

Our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Legal Notice provide additional information about this store. They must be read consistently with the consumer protections described above.

We may update these terms for future orders. Updates will not retroactively remove rights or alter the agreed conditions of an existing purchase.
